Stockland approached SMART with the challenge of creating a tactical retail campaign for Allisee Hollywell. The campaign aim was to clear residual developer's stock prior to the launch of a new development release for Allisee.
Our answer: a SMART strategy that bridged traditional and digital media. SMART created a strategic integrated press, DM, radio and outdoor campaign, and developed a new campaign microsite with launch SEO, SEM and online advertising.
The results: According to the Colliers and Midwood reports, Allisee was clearly the best performing project in the owner occupier prestige sector on the Gold Coast.
